A creature subjected (contact) to a dose of Lightning Bane must succeed on a DC 16 Constitution saving throw, or have the poisoned condition for 1 minute. While poisoned in this way, the creature becomes vulnerable to lightning damage.

Suspended twinkles of a Mishipeshu Horn copper hang within this viscus slime when shaken. Splashing it on or forcing a creature to touch this poison has it seep quickly into the skin, causing electricity to jump toward them and enter with greater ease.
