Scribed [Cost: 1] - When scribed on an object, that object's kinetic motion is doubled, increasing its effective range; projectiles fly twice as far. When scribed on a creature, the creature's movement speed increases by 10. This effect lasts for 1 hour.

Synthesis [Cost: 1] - Combining this rune with an invoked rune gives the invoked rune a 15 ft. movement speed in the direction the caster is facing for the duration of its effects.
